About the seminars:

Seminar I Basic Knowledge

This seminar offers elementary basic knowledge about the work of the trainer: Which training goals are important, with which method can I achieve these goals? Only those who know how to carry out their training in a goal-oriented manner will have long-term and sustainable success!

Seminar II Coordination Training

Coordination is a key performance basis for sporting success. How does effective coordination training work? What is the difference between general coordination training and handball-specific training?

Seminar III Technique Training

The handball-specific techniques of dribbling, passing & catching, throwing and basic attack movements are the focus here. Which forms of exercise and play should the trainer use for which level of ability? You will get the answer to this question here!

Seminar IV Ability to Play (Individual Play)

The ability to play is the central learning content in the training of handball players. This seminar shows you which training content makes sense and how you can use it efficiently! Seminar V focuses on individual play, the basis of all success in play.

Seminar V Ability to Play (Cooperative Play)

Building on seminar IV, the focus is now on cooperative play and the development of playing skills in interaction.

The seminars build on one another in terms of content. therefore recommends following the series from seminar I to seminar V. However, individual seminars can also be used for advanced training.

The participation fee for a seminar is EUR 10. You can pay directly when registering via PayPal. I look forward to seeing you, Matthias Kornes
